First year of the move, serial of 168xxx.these and the LA horns sound SO much better than the later horns.my theory is that as they started to produce larger numbers of these, they must have switched brass sourcing.these have great rich eat jazz horns.this one is in really quite good shape.valves in reasonable shape.slides all good, barely a ding on it except for a small flat spot and ding on the tuning slide.all solders are solid as the 3 piece braces and casing braces do come loose fairly commonly.i'll provide a generic case for it.has had chem clean/ultrasonic cleaning.new felts corks etc.please feel free to ask an questions!
